Chalk it up to the oddball curiosity in me, but I like tracking the up and coming celebrities … probably gives me that feeling of knowing something before most others. Anyway, remember Haley Joel Osment? Well, he has a sister named Emily Osment. And apparently she is up and coming in the tween world right now.
