Tina Sherman Pictures

Ok. I think this is about as absurd as suing McDonalds for hot coffee.  Tina Sherman and her husband are suing McDonalds for $3 million because naked pictures of Sherman have appeared on the internet after they left a cell phone at the local fast food joint.  They are contending that an employee downloaded the pictures off of the cell phone and uploaded them to the net.  Well duh.  Don’t store naked photos of yourself in digital format if you don’t want them showing up on the Internet.  Personally, I hope that someone sues Tina Sherman for being so stupid.   Link:  Tina Sherman Pictures Leaked Online
