Smart and Successful Atheists

I have a lot of respect for atheists, even though if pressed I’d probably say that I’m a theist (a deep seated intuition that I can’t shake even when I want to). Anyway, in my view, there are a lot of good reasons for being someone who believes that there are no gods. I think there are some good reasons for believing that there is at least one god too. The main point is that I respect the atheistic viewpoint, and just as importantly, I have a deep respect for many atheists such as the ones on this list:
